Whassan Nigeria Limited was established in 1982 with a simple but unwavering mission: to provide industrial catering and facilities management services that meet the highest international standards while maintaining deep roots in the Nigerian business environment.
From 1982 to 2011, we partnered with Compass Group International, gaining exposure to world-class operational practices and global best practices in industrial catering and support services. This partnership strengthened our capabilities and expanded our service offerings across multiple sectors.
In 2010, we established Adasa Catering Services to diversify our portfolio. From 2011 onwards, we transitioned to full independence, building on the strong foundation we had created and becoming a fully Nigerian-owned enterprise. Today, we serve clients across the Oil & Gas, industrial, and commercial sectors with uncompromising commitment to safety, quality, and reliability.
